Information collected from Cleveland Chapter scholarship applications will be used for the sole purpose of verifying the eligibility of the applicant, determining the best candidate, and notifying the winning recipient of the scholarship. Information will not be shared beyond the ASMC Cleveland Chapter scholarship committee and individuals responsible for determining the scholarship winner(s). Applicants will not receive unsolicited mail, e-mail, or phone calls.
