Cost
This year's conference costs $75.00 per attendee.
Date and Location
This year's conference will be held Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Wolstein Center, 2000 Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Rooms will be located on the 4th Floor on the East and West wings.
Deadline to register is Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
Conference Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate for conferences. It is recommended to dress in layers due to room temperature variances.
Food and Beverage Options
Breakfast: Continental breakfast including pastries, bagels, doughnuts, and muffins.
Lunch: Entree choices include Chicken Marsala, Honey Glazed Salmon, or Vegetable Pasta. All entrees are served with vegetables, scalloped potatoes, and assorted pies.
Beverages: Tea, coffee, and water will be available all day.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
If you have registered and must cancel, you may do so up to the closing date. DFAS people must find a replacement. No cancellations will be accepted after the Wednesday, March 14, 2012 deadline.
Name Badge Policy
Name badges will be provided. Please remember to wear your name badge. This allows you to access conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration and without it you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities.

Parking
Parking is available on site at the Wolstein Center Parking Garage for $6.00. The garage is located on East 21st street between Carnegie and Prospect. For driving instructions click here.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking will not be permitted at the conference. The Wolstein Center is a non-smoking facility.
Lost and Found
For your convenience, a lost and found box will be located at the Registration Desk. You can bring found items or report lost items here. ASMC and AGA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Please keep all of your belongings in your possession at all times.
Cell Phone and PDA Policy
As a courtesy to the speakers and other attendees, please do not use cell phones or PDAs during presentations. We ask that you please turn off devices or set them to vibrate. You may leave the session if you receive a phone call.
Photography Disclosure
ASMC and AGA take photographs during their events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Photographs may be used in print, electronic, or other media including the ASMC and AGA web sites. By participating in this conference you grant the ASMC and AGA Cleveland Chapters the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

Any presentations made available to us by the speakers will be posted online here. These will be updated on an ongoing basis as presentations are received. Please remember that not all speakers use PowerPoint in their presentations and/or do not provide copies to ASMC/AGA.

We realize that some individuals have food allergies or dietary restrictions. We hope the breakfast and lunch options we have provided are satisfactory to all.
