ASMC Saint Malachi Clothing Drive through 5/2/18

Greetings members,

As you clean out your closets this spring, consider donating your unwanted clothing to the less fortunate who depend on the generosity of St. Malachi. Items including slacks, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, button-down shirts, sweatshirts, socks, shoes, hooded sweatshirts, coats, gloves and hats for men, women and children are needed. Donated items should be in good condition, clean and lightly worn. If purchasing new clothing, the parish asks that these items be for men, as they represent the largest group served.

Clothing is distributed to those in need on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at the basement entrance of St. Malachi Church. Clothing and small household goods are distributed to local families in need on the third Saturday of every month.

Please coordinate your donations with Lynn Zielaskiewicz (Room 2751) atlynn.r.zielaskiewicz.civ@mail.mil < Caution-mailto:lynn.r.zielaskiewicz.civ@mail.mil >  by Wednesday, 5/2/18. Lynn is in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. ASMC will bring the collected items to St. Malachi’s Monday Night Meal on 5/7/18.
